The lodging had authentic period decor, with wide planked floors and ceiling beams. It was centrally located on a quiet, picturesque street close to everything. There were some aspects that detracted from our experience. the inn appeared run, down, with peeling paint, cracked plaster, and worn floors.

During my recent stay in Newport, I had a great experience at a cozy inn. the location was fantastic, with easy walking access to downtown Newport. I loved being able to explore the city on foot and enjoy all the attractions and restaurants nearby. Additionally, the inn offered a delicious free breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for all the activities.

There were a couple of aspects that were not so great. the check-in process was confusing and resulted in a room switch that we didn't want.

The vintage look and feel of the inn added charm to our stay. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as the Marble House and Cliff Walks.
