The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Trevor at the front desk was incredibly professional and accommodating, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth. Frank went above and beyond in assisting me with my bags and providing exceptional service. Modesto, the friendly face out front, made me feel right at home and his warm welcome set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring downtown, as it is within walking distance to many great eateries. Additionally, the hotel offers transportation services, making it convenient to get around this city. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations, with modern and well-maintained amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The TV had a large screen and a perfect picture, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of by the attentive front desk staff and valet. The hotel shuttle, a Maserati, made getting around a breeze. The complimentary birthday dessert in our immaculate room was a lovely gesture.

The view from our corner room was breathtaking and the location was perfect. The hotel has convenient parking and it felt safe and secure, even at night. The pool area was gorgeous and the spa was a great way to relax. Our room was surprisingly quiet and comfortable, making for a truly memorable stay.

The rooftop pool with shaded cabanas looked amazing, and we can't wait to come back and experience it.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to the House of Blues and other attractions. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The valet service provided by Autograph Collection was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff like Sybastian who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel amenities were excellent, with a fabulous room and great facilities.

While our overall experience was excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. The housekeeping service could have been improved, as it took multiple calls and a three-hour wait for clean towels and washcloths.

During our romantic escape, we found two standout aspects of the hotel that we truly enjoyed. the room decor was excellent, with a separate shower that offered both a waterfall and removable shower head. the spacious and well, planned bathroom with a separate toilet was a genius idea. We also loved the white tub that added to the overall awesomeness of the room. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive. They promptly replaced any stained items in the room and were quick to provide ice buckets whenever we needed them. the rooftop pool with shaded cabanas was also a highlight that we can't wait to return to.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay that we need to address. the hotel did not provide room service, which was disappointing considering the price and the claim of being a 5, star establishment.

Wow, the room was like a dream! The premium bedding felt like a fluffy cloud, the city view was breathtaking, and the iPad and LED TV were a nice touch. The laptop-friendly workspace was so convenient too.

I wish the bathrooms had bathtubs, but that's just me.
