Frank went above and beyond in assisting me with my bags and providing exceptional service. Modesto, the friendly face out front, made me feel right at home and his warm welcome set the tone for my entire stay. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring downtown, as it is within walking distance to many great eateries. Additionally, the hotel offers transportation services, making it convenient to get around this city. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations, with modern and well-maintained amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The TV had a large screen and a perfect picture, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

The valet service provided by Autograph Collection was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff like Sybastian who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel amenities were excellent, with a fabulous room and great facilities.

While our overall experience was excellent, there were a few minor drawbacks. The housekeeping service could have been improved, as it took multiple calls and a three-hour wait for clean towels and washcloths. Additionally, the sheets and blankets in the room had stains, and the temperature was too warm even after adjusting the thermostat.
