I selected this hotel for attending a leadership summit due to its spacious meeting facilities, which were suitable for accommodating a large number of conference guests. The meeting room was well-equipped and provided a suitable space for the event.

I found it inconvenient that the hotel did not offer a business center or dedicated workspaces, which could have enhanced my work experience during the stay.

We had a great time here! The location by the check-in area was beautiful; the lake right outside was amazing to wake up to. Service was top-notch - room service, housekeeping, laundry, wake up service - everything was truly a luxury. The room amenities like the ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, terrace. We loved the refrigerator and microwave too, so convenient. The TV and AM/FM alarm clock made us feel right at home. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great places to unwind- the breakfast especially. The staff during both check-in and check-out were courteous.

We had a lovely experience swimming in both the outdoor and the seasonal pools, soaking in the sun terrace, and sun loungers with the beach umbrellas giving us a sense of leisure. Facilities like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, picnic area/tables, fitness centre.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view of Lake Hamilton. The location was convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and ensuring a smooth stay.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of choices.

The view from our balcony was sick, yo. We hit up Oaklawn for some crazy horse racing action and Magic Springs for wild rides. The staff was super chill and always made us feel at home. We're totally coming back for more fun!
