My stay at Greystone Lodge On The River was exceptional. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient location near local attractions like Ripley's Aquarium and Anakeesta made our family trip enjoyable. The pool was a fun relaxation spot after exploring. A slight walk to the main area added adventure, but a bridge to nearby restaurants would be nice.

The Greystone Lodge on the River offered a peaceful and calming view of the river right from my room. The tranquil sound of the flowing water was a lovely touch to my stay. I also appreciated the warm and friendly greeting from the staff upon my arrival, and the beach umbrellas and loungers were a delightful addition that made my relaxation by the river even more enjoyable.

The room I stayed in did not have the promised river view and instead faced a busy road with constant traffic.

Get ready for a culinary fiesta with delish Majorcan treats. The staff is as sweet as moonshine, y'all, and the prime location is smack dab in the heart of all the action. Plus, don't miss out on the neighboring nosh spots like No Way Jose's and the Pancake Pantry. Cons: The morning shower pressure was so low it was like a lazy creek, and the room had more quirks than a backroad. But hey, despite the hiccups, Greystone still sizzles.

The hotel is a great value for the price, with rooms that have a balcony overlooking the creek. The location is perfect, right by all the attractions and stores in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast included is a nice touch.

All was okay, no major issues.

We loved staying at this place with its perfect location right off the main parkway. The staff are wonderful and always willing to help us with our requests from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We loved spending time on our balcony with the great view of the river. The seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool was a great place to relax and enjoy some sun loungers while using the free Wi-Fi.

Parking was a hassle.

During my recent stay at a centrally located lodge in Gatlinburg, I had a wonderful experience. The lodge provided a convenient location, just across the street from a trolley stop. I stayed on the 4th floor, which had a parking garage that allowed me to easily load and unload my luggage. The room itself was beautifully redecorated and exceptionally clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast that was provided, as well as the beautiful view of the river. The lodge provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, allowing me to relax and enjoy the natural sounds of nature. this was one of the best trips I have had in Gatlinburg. Thank you to the lodge for providing such a lovely and carefree vacation.
