Plenty to do on-site, even during a storm. The staff was super nice and brought us a microwave late at night. Rooms were spacious with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The kids loved the arcade, water park, and pool. Easy access to nearby stores and restaurants, plus lots of parking.

Water park was a hit with the kids. Room service was slow and we found bugs in the room.

Staying here was fantastic because we were just a short stroll from several fun spots like Ripley's Believe It or Not, Magical Midway, and even the famous Wheel at ICON Park—all within a little over a mile, so walking around was super easy and enjoyable, plus the nearby restaurants offered everything from Indian cuisine to ice cream, making dining out a breeze; the water park on site was a hit with the kids, and it was great to have a full staff of friendly lifeguards watching over everyone. The rooms were clean and spacious, perfect for families, but I did notice that some areas of the property could use a little sprucing up.

From awesome dining spots to bumpin' nightclubs, we partied hard. The thrill rides at Universal's Islands of Adventure were insane - we felt like superheroes! Oh, and Universal's Volcano Bay was chill vibes all day!

I wish there was more nightlife at the water park resort. More nighttime events and DJ parties would've taken the fun to the next level!

The room was spacious and featured a pullout sofa, which was convenient for our family. the decor felt dated and lacked basic storage options. The humidity in the room made our clothes damp, even after using the washer and dryer. The noise level was a concern, with constant sounds from nearby laundry and storage areas. Cleanliness was inconsistent; I found toys under the pillows indicating a lack of thorough housekeeping. While the amenities were impressive, the room's maintenance could use significant improvement to enhance comfort.

Great pool area with slides and a fun kids' zone made it easy for the family to enjoy a mini-vacation without the usual lines. Drinks were spot-on, and having a Starbucks on-site was a bonus for quick snacks. the room was a letdown—old furniture, a broken bed that slanted, and some unwanted bugs made it hard to relax. The breakfast was overpriced, and to find hair in my food was frustrating. Despite some hassles with the staff, they were gracious when we had to leave unexpectedly, which was appreciated in a stressful moment.

Kids didn't need to go far for the rides, and the hotel had 3 pools, which was great. The water park and arcade setup were a hit with the kids. Convenient location and clean pools were satisfactory for kids of all ages to enjoy.

Three rooms apart was an inconvenience, but the proximity to the pool was ideal. Safety was prioritized; there were plenty of attentive lifeguards, which gave peace of mind. Room 5214 had a lovely view, and the cleanliness was commendable. A non-working TV wasn’t an issue—requesting help was quick and efficient. Enjoyed two days in the water park for the price of one night. Breakfast was satisfying despite the cost, although the $20 ticket felt steep. poor water pressure, undependable toilets, and no microwave detracted from the experience. Staffing challenges meant some amenities were closed. Persistent maintenance issues and discrepancies with room types hindered the stay. The advertised family-friendly atmosphere needs re-evaluation.

The water areas have fun features like turtles and starfish in the concrete. The location is super convenient, right near everything we wanted to explore.
