I stayed at Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill only for transit during my travel, and I found the convenience of its location to be excellent. The hotel is just 10 km from Ronald Reagan Washington National, providing easy access for travelers. being a mere 5 minutes' walk from Judiciary Square, it offered a convenient location for exploring nearby attractions.

One minor inconvenience during my stay was the slight noise level in the room. While not a major issue, the proximity of a fire station across the street occasionally resulted in hearing sirens, impacting the overall tranquility of the stay.

During my stay, I found the location of this hotel to be incredibly convenient. It was within walking distance to all major landmarks, including the Capitol building, and very close to tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with modern furnishings and a well-maintained environment. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with free and fast wifi available. I was also delighted to discover the helpfulness of the staff, who were courteous and always ready to answer any questions. The hotel had a great parking option nearby, the Hall of the States Garage, which was only a short 2-minute walk away. Furthermore, I appreciated the recommendation from the concierge about using the DC Circulator buses, which saved me a significant amount of money on transportation.

The customer service was outstanding, exemplified by the attentive and friendly staff at the front desk, Carlos and Marquis. The room was always immaculate and the amenities were great. I especially loved the large atrium lobby, which provided plenty of seating options to relax and enjoy a drink. The restaurant and room service offered delicious food with generous portions. Every staff member made my stay enjoyable, from the welcoming doorman to the helpful housekeeping staff. Among the many Hyatts I've stayed at in the US, this one at Capitol Hill definitely stands out as a favorite. The staff responded quickly when we had a problem with the air conditioning unit. They were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. The location was great for sightseeing around the National Mall. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It was conveniently located near major DC attractions, so close to all the sights of the DC area. Transportation was easy with the Circulator bus, which took us anywhere in the city including the National Mall and Smithsonian Museums. The hotel also provided timed passes for one of the museums, which was a bonus.

Throughout our stay at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill, we felt incredibly well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near all the major tourist attractions. We were able to explore the city with ease because the free Circulator bus stops close by. Additionally, there was a Wal-Mart located in the downstairs shop, which was very convenient for us. Our room was spacious and had a great view of the city. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked.

The hotel's amenities were lacking.

Great Location: the hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a short walk away from many attractions and a nearby Metro stop for easy transportation. We loved being able to explore the city without having to rely on a car.

Hidden Destination Fees: We were disappointed to discover that there were additional destination fees of almost $25 per day added to our bill. the hotel didn't inform us about these fees beforehand, and we didn't receive any tangible benefits or discounts in return.

The Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill offers a fantastic location, just a short walk from iconic landmarks and museums. The comfortable guest rooms with spacious work areas and iHome stereos provided a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. The double beds were a good size and perfect for a family of four to spread out and rest comfortably.

The elevators at the hotel were consistently slow and often full, causing inconvenience and long waiting times. the lack of assistance with strollers when using the escalators made it challenging for families with young children.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - within walking distance of Union Station and the National Mall. It's also close to many restaurants and Chinatown. Another great feature was having a mini fridge in the room, which was perfect for keeping our water and beverages cold.

We didn't receive them upon check-in and had to ask for them. They were supposed to be delivered to our room but were waiting at reception when we inquired about them later.
