The spa and wellness center were a relaxing treat, and the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for cooling off on hot days. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this gorgeous setting.

The hiking was absolutely incredible! the guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience unforgettable. the breathtaking scenery and variety of hiking trails made each day an adventure. Additionally, the staff was mostly amazing, providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to make sure guests were taken care of. Lastly, the massages were top-notch, with skilled masseuses and a soothing atmosphere.

The spa services other than massages were disappointing and overpriced. the quality did not match the high standards set by the massages.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, and the heated jacuzzi was great for relaxing. The spa center was also impeccable and we enjoyed many treatments like facials and pedicures. The staff provided us with free toiletries and washing machine, which was very thoughtful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect for us as we were able to go on different guided hikes right from here. The proximity to the outside theater was also a plus. The service was excellent, from the room service to the airport shuttle that was free. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival and the staff was always there to assist us with any tours or tickets we needed. The room amenities were top-notch with everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchenette to a comfortable sitting area and a patio where we could relax and enjoy the garden view. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant, bar, and outdoor dining area providing a variety of delicious meals. The spa and wellness center was a true oasis of tranquility, with a beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa lounge where we indulged in relaxing massages and beauty treatments. The sun terrace with its infinity pool and sun loungers provided the perfect spot for unwinding and soaking up the sun. this venue exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat.

I traveled alone for 6 days and used Red Mountain as a home base while exploring nearby parks. The location is great, with beautiful grounds and a helpful staff. The spacious room with a fireplace and separate toilet room was fantastic. The spa was also wonderful, with considerate employees. I always felt safe and welcome, even without being an all-inclusive guest. The pool, accommodations, and Canyon Yoga session were all enjoyable. Definitely book again!

Beautiful grounds, spacious and cozy room with a fireplace, separate water closet, and complimentary laundry facilities. The spa provided attentive service and soothing massages. The restaurant served delicious cocktails and offered excellent service. The outside seating options with views and yoga classes were excellent.

The food was tasty and had a nice variety. the hiking trails were scenic and well marked. I also appreciated the complementary water bottles and towels in the fitness center.

The rooms were not as clean as expected and the air conditioning was hard to adjust. the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful at times - not very friendly.

Some guests may find the hiking groups too talkative, which can detract from the enjoyment of nature.
