My stay at Bourbon Orleans was absolutely delightful. I was in New Orleans for a weekend getaway and the hotel's prime location allowed me to easily explore the vibrant French Quarter and beyond. Despite being a historic property, the hotel has managed to maintain its charm and the modern amenities in our room were a pleasant surprise. The breakfast options were great, with the option to customize your eggs. The room's air conditioning was top-notch, providing much-needed respite from the city's humidity. The staff, especially the gentlemen who parked our car, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I also loved the well-maintained and beautiful salt water pool on the premises.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, being very close to all the activities on Bourbon Street and centrally to everything in the French Quarter. The rooms are clean and comfortable with marble bathrooms and good water pressure. The staff is friendly and efficient, and valet parking is available.

Some guests had issues with the breakfast service, with one guest reporting that the buffet was "rubbish" for the price.

This beautiful oasis just off Bourbon Street was the perfect calm retreat for our stay in New Orleans. We upgraded to a lovely king room overlooking the pool, which was a great decision. The hotel smelled clean and pleasant every time we walked in, and the spacious rooms were spotless. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay exceptional. The hotel provided us with free baggage storage, which was really helpful when we arrived early. The location was perfect, we were within walking distance to many famous streets with a lot of restaurants and stores. The hotel also had a pool that we enjoyed using during our stay.

The pillows didn't meet our expectations and we both had trouble sleeping. We also had some trouble finding our way around the hotel as it is a bit of a maze.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the attractions in the area. The complimentary drink from the bar each day was a nice bonus, and the fresh bottled water in the room was greatly appreciated.

The valet parking at the hotel was quite expensive, although there was no additional charge for coming and going with our car during our stay. Additionally, the communication from the hotel staff was lacking. Despite trying to contact them multiple times through email, we received no response at all.

The staff was attentive and the rooms were equipped with all the amenities needed, including private balconies in some rooms and extra towels for groups of guests.
