The value for money was excellent, with a gorgeous room and a million dollar view of the Gulf of Mexico. The location was perfect, close to the beach and attractions like Rain Forest Cafe. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel extra special throughout our stay.

The menu for breakfast could have had more variety to make it even better.

We loved the breathtaking view from our room, facing the gulf. The hotel's location, right across the street from the beach, was perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is ideal, right across from the ocean and on the seawall - it doesn't get better than that! The service was top-notch with a great room service, top-quality dry cleaning, and always spotless housekeeping. The shops and commercial services were a nice touch, and the shuttle service was convenient. Upon arrival, I was treated to a welcome drink and the room amenities were great, including heating/air conditioning, balcony, terrace, in-room safe. At this hotel, I enjoyed every meal with their dining restaurant, in-room breakfast, bar/lounge area, snack bar, and special diet menus. The leisure spa & wellness centre offered relaxing amenities like a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, beach access, live entertainment, massage. I absolutely loved the sun terrace, sun loungers, and garden area while enjoying my spa treatments.

I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious place to stay.

The additional activities were a great advantage and kept us entertained. The variety of activities for kids like coloring, animal shows, and movies made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location across the road from the beach was ideal, providing easy access to the shoreline.

The room cleaning service was not up to par. During our four-night stay, our room was only cleaned once, and we had to call and request it.

As longer term business travelers, we absolutely loved the fantastic views of the Gulf and the spacious, lovely rooms. The amenities provided, particularly the Molton Brown treats, were a nice touch. The in-room breakfast service was not only delicious but also impressively quick, with polite staff delivering our meals promptly. Additionally, the accommodating security guard went above and beyond to arrange transportation for us to a location several blocks away, ensuring we arrived safely. The service throughout our stay was truly exceptional and made it a memorable visit.

The dinner at Vue 1913 was exceptional, with superb elk tenderloin. The mountain view from my room was everything I expected and more. The staff was outstanding and made me feel welcome. The Great Hall and its fireplaces were a cozy and inviting place to relax. The hotel had a nice market for snacks and drinks. The exterior and interior had a rugged luxury cabin theme that looked great in person.

Located on the Gulf Coast, this hotel offers easy access to beach activities. Enjoy the beautiful facilities with a conference available onsite. A variety of restaurants provide guests many options within walking distance. Rooms come with good views of the Island.

The elevators are often crowded and slow, causing frustration for guests.

The complementary champagne and dessert at dinner were nice touches. the hotel's location close to the beach and restaurants was convenient. the pool area was pleasant.

The check-in process was slow and unorganized. Our room was not ready until 4:30 pm, which was an inconvenience since we arrived early in the morning.

Stunning Gulf views, fantastic dining at Blake restaurant. I was impressed with the unique drinks and their affordability. Room amenities were up to par. I had a lovely stay.

I recently stayed at the San Luis Resort in Galveston for a relaxing weekend getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially David at the front desk. The atmosphere and resort itself were wonderful, and my kids loved the pool with its awesome slide. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, and the beach was easily accessible. a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

I recently stayed at the San Luis Resort Spa & Conference Center for a weekend getaway. The Club Ten Level breakfast served in my room was huge, delicious, and always on time. The view from the 10th floor was fantastic, and the pool area was lively and fun. The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurants was excellent. Special mention to Jocelyn at Blakes for her fantastic service. I would definitely come back, especially with the help of McQueen Luxury, who organized my stay flawlessly.
