I absolutely loved staying at this historic building restored hotel. The ambiance was wonderful, and the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to Chinatown and Little Italy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the hotel's proximity to popular attractions like the Staten Ferry, Ground Zero, and the Brooklyn Bridge made exploring lower Manhattan a breeze. The artsy decor and lively nightlife added to the fun vibe of the hotel, and the rooftop bar, Mr Purple, was a great place to unwind.

It was also incredibly clean and had a nicely sized bathroom. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many cute restaurants and popular tourist spots like Chinatown and Soho. The hotel also offered free coffee, tea, and water, and provided helpful information on places to visit.

This hotel is located in a really nice area, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, and easy to reach by subway. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the rooms on the second level with a window were really great, just like in the pictures on the internet. The breakfast served was also a nice touch.

The hotel was a great value for the price. the rooms were clean and the beds and pillows were unbelievably comfortable. the hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to multiple subway lines and several neighborhoods within walking distance. We also enjoyed the adjacent bar and restaurant, which added to the overall experience.

The rooms were small, as shown on the website, but this was not a major issue for us. the street noise could be bothersome for some, although the soundproof windows worked really well.

We loved the chic and comfortable open spaces/lobby, which had a cool and modern aesthetic. The staff members were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect, bordering Chinatown, the lower east side , and downtown Manhattan. The room was beautifully updated and the staff made us feel welcome and ensured our trip was efficient and comfortable. We also enjoyed the proximity to several metro lines, SOHO shopping, and the great selection of restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops in the area. the Sohotel provided a unique experience with a great ambiance and excellent hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful boutique hotel. the location was great, close to subways and perfect for shopping and dining. the staff was delightful, always pleasant and helpful. the room and hotel were spotless, with cleaners even doing additional towel checks in the evening. the beds were comfortable, the shower was nice, and the room was quiet. I also appreciated the coffee available in the morning at reception, although it would have been even better with a couple of pastries to go with it. a very clean and well-maintained hotel.

The room was quite narrow and difficult to move around in.

We had a great Xmas vacation with complimentary chocolates and tasty lemon water in the lobby. the location was perfect, with great options for shopping and dining nearby. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff wasn't as friendly as we had hoped. We had a few issues with the check-in process, and some of the staff seemed indifferent to our needs.
