The rock-n-roll theme is super fun! Loved the record player in my clean room and the cozy robes for the heated pool. Great location near Fenway and tons of restaurant options. Breakfast was free and delicious! Staff was super helpful, especially Ella and Gabriela. Enjoyed the coffee on tap and the vibe with music decor everywhere.

This hotel is perfect for anyone who wants to be close to Fenway Park, as it’s literally just a few steps away, and the vibrant streets of Back Bay are not far either, making it super easy to explore so many amazing restaurants and shops around like honeygrow and Regina Pizzeria nearby, plus you can walk to Copley Square and Boston Common in under 30 minutes, which is great for city strolling; the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and restaurant were nice touches, but it would be better if the pool stayed open longer.

It's always the little details that can make a big difference in a hotel stay. We also had an issue with the parking situation. Not enough onsite parking and the cost was quite high. I wish there had been more options or maybe a better deal staying at the hotel. The Verb has a unique charm with its music theme and cozy rooms, but there are definitely areas that could be improved to make it a more seamless and enjoyable stay. Would I stay here again? Maybe, with a hope for some adjustments in the areas that fell short during my visit.

I couldn't believe how awful the parking situation was—$70 a night? ! Plus, the room reeked like old urine, and the carpet was disgusting. I stepped on something sticky, and it totally ruined my stay. Such a letdown!
