This hotel is a great value for money. The attention to detail is exceptional, from the clean and well-rolled towels to the soft and comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton thread sheets. The rooms are spacious, with a nice decor and a huge flatscreen TV. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided, such as the Keurig coffee machine, fridge, and microwave, make the stay more comfortable. Additionally, the location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown and the capital.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Charleston for a family vacation. The staff was outstanding, from Kodi at the front desk to Richard at the breakfast buffet. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. I particularly loved the water wall in the lobby - a unique touch. The location was perfect, right by the elevator and close to the ice and pop machines. The pool was a nice addition, and there was a convenient bar/restaurant on the property.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Holiday Inn in Charleston was excellent. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved the pool and hot tub at the hotel, and the location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to a nearby Mexican restaurant which had delicious food. our stay at Holiday Inn was fantastic and we would definitely return.

One drawback was that the bed was too high for a short person like me to easily get in and out of. Additionally, the hotel was located in an industrial area which initially seemed depressing and unsafe with some people hanging out in the parking lot.

Amazing Staff Goes Above and Beyond!

We arrived late, tired and frustrated after a long journey. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We had a great night's sleep and woke up refreshed. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, my kids loved spending time there. The bartenders at the cocktail lounge were outstanding, they made us feel welcome and served delicious food and drinks. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, from the attentive front desk employee Kodi to the helpful breakfast buffet server Richard. The hotel is very pet-friendly, with a great walk-around area for our furry friend. The location was convenient, as it was close to downtown areas and many restaurants. The rooms were comfy and clean, and we really enjoyed the comfortable bed and pillows. The somewhat updated, old school feeling of the hotel added to its charm. a great experience!
