The employees at this hotel were extremely nice and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate us when there were no rooms available and even found a room for us that was waiting to be serviced. The staff showed great sympathy and made sure we had a comfortable place to sleep for the night. Additionally, the structure of the hotel was beautiful.

The hotel did not provide information about their shuttle service online, which made it difficult for us to arrange transportation. The outdated website and lack of response to phone calls also added to the frustration. Furthermore, the room had some dust collected on the surfaces, which was not very pleasant.

Stayed in a great hotel during my city trip. Loved the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby in the afternoon. The location was perfect, close to many attractions and good restaurants. The shuttle bus was also very convenient for getting around.
