The hotel offers a beautiful location, friendly staff, and excellent housekeeping. The upgraded room had a spacious bathroom and unique amenities. The grounds were pretty and the bar/restaurants were fun. Valet and bell service were great. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the food was good.

The room I was initially given was disappointing, lacking amenities and overlooking the parking lot. the bed was uncomfortable with foam pillows, no bed cover, and just a sheet.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the beautiful grounds and gardens at this historic hotel. The staff even provided a scavenger hunt map for the little ones, which added an extra element of fun. The room with a king bed was updated and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the turn-down service. a great place for young holiday goers to enjoy!

Had a romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and luxurious suites. the terrace at the restaurant was amazing, offering great views and delicious cocktails. the gym and spa facilities were excellent, allowing us to relax and stay active during our stay.

The room service was disappointing as they failed to deliver a wine knife to our room, despite multiple requests. the front desk staff seemed more interested in themselves and their appearance than providing a warm and welcoming service.

This hotel is a truly classic experience with stunning grounds and excellent service. The gorgeous gardens are a highlight for families with children and are perfect for strolling around on a peaceful afternoon. The rooms are beautifully furnished and feature Nespresso coffee machines – a real plus. The service is smooth, friendly, and incredibly helpful. On top of that, the meals are great, especially those served during conferences.

This hotel is truly a luxurious haven where I felt pampered and comfortable. the Spa & wellness centre offers an enormous range of treatments, including massage, body wraps, facials, and more. the outdoor heated swimming pool is a lovely respite, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, while the garden area offers a peaceful sanctuary to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

the Spa lounge had limited seating, which made it difficult to enjoy the space comfortably.

The staff at the Database Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds were immaculate and the room had a great view overlooking the pool. The hotel also had mini-golf and a fun "passport" activity for the kids.
