We stayed at Doubletree for a family trip and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room exceeded expectations with a private patio and seating area. Ordering food was a breeze as the front desk brought our UberEATS order directly to our room. The location was perfect, with restaurants and a mall nearby. The pool was great, and we loved that the balcony suites had direct access to it. The layout of the hotel was good, and with a few updates, it would be even better. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff we encountered were all incredibly helpful.

The hotel in the center of the city and nestled in a very nice area, making it a convenient location for exploring Charlotte. The rooms with 2 queen beds and a small kitchenette were spacious and had nice-sized appliances, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a great bonus.

I recently stayed at Doubletree Suites in Southpark for my mom's birthday staycation. The location was perfect, with a park behind the hotel where we could walk around. The spacious rooms were clean and beautiful, and the staff, particularly Breonna at the front desk, was amazing. The check-in process was quick and easy, and Victoria, Braxton, and Ms. Cat were all gracious and polite. We felt safe as a family and enjoyed the beautiful pool. Plus, there was a Latin Music Festival next door, providing free entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was spectacular, as it was in the center of Charlotte and close to many good restaurants in the Charlotte South Park Mall area. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean suites that had a separate bedroom. The pool area was great and very relaxing. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Doubletree in Charlotte for a family trip with my grandkids. The property was very family-oriented, and we saw lots of other families during our stay. The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly. The spacious room had a comfortable bed and a nice kitchen. The location was fantastic, with a high-quality shopping center just a 5-minute walk away, offering plenty of dining options. The hotel also provided a great breakfast and felt like a safe area to park and explore.

Despite a water issue caused by city construction, the hotel offered a discount on our room and even provided an alternative shower option. The location was perfect, close to shopping and other amenities. The pool, though a bit warm, had a refreshing waterfall feature. The kitchenette and living area were also nice additions to our stay.
