Great staff that truly cares for guests!

it felt cramped and chaotic. I was misled about parking availability and was left face-to-face with a ridiculous extra fee. The atmosphere in the area outside the hotel was less than inviting, with trash scattered about, which did not create a welcoming feeling at all.

The parking situation is quite disappointing, with inadequate arrangements and unclear additional fees!!! The lack of empathy from staff regarding parking issues is concerning !!! Better communication about costs should be prioritized!!!

We were in town for a family getaway and I loved the proximity to the convention center and several great dining spots. Our suite was clean and spacious, making it a comfortable base for our explorations around the area. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had decent options to kickstart our days. Walking to attractions like Lafayette Square was a breeze, enhancing our overall experience.

Had a spacious room with clean amenities and friendly staff. Unfortunately, the parking fees were unclear and added stress to our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of nearby bicycle rentals for exploring.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great breakfast options, especially the attentive dining staff who ensured everything was well-stocked, made our stay memorable. also, the convenient fitness center opened up great opportunities for us to stay active while being just 1.5 km from major transportation hubs.

Don’t have any issues at all

my family and I enjoyed our stay since we could easily walk to attractions like the Ogden Museum of Southern Art just 500 meters away, and even grab a bite at La Boca, only a short 5-minute stroll from the hotel, which made our weekend explorations hassle-free and fun.

I loved staying in the King Suite with Sofa Bed! The cleanliness was absolutely top-notch, and the breakfast buffet had such a delicious variety to choose from. The feeling of safety with key card access made our stay even more enjoyable!

The hotel offered a surprisingly spacious Queen Suite with a Sofa-Bed, providing ample room for our family, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring New Orleans.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Queen Suite with Sofa-Bed. The room was clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the World War II museum. The breakfast options were good. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic location to unwind at nearby live music venues and local eateries.

The location was a short three-minute walk from the convention center, with great nearby dining options like Cochon Butcher. While the breakfast offerings were decent, they lacked variety over the days. Unfortunately, valet service was inconsistent, leading to extended waits, and housekeeping was lacking, with fresh towels and toilet paper not always available when needed.
