The grab and go breakfast was delicious and convenient. We had an issue with our original room, but the staff quickly and graciously moved us to another room. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to others.

It's a great location to base yourself for exploring the city, as it is near many very good restaurants on Warehouse district and close to the convention center. The hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious, perfect for families, and comes with a comfortable sitting area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing great service. The breakfast is included and a decent enough spread. The gym and outdoor pool are great added facilities.

The valet service was exceptional, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the location in the charming Warehouse District was perfect - away from the noise but still conveniently located near great restaurants and the trolley line. the included breakfast and pool were a hit with our family, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. the mini market was a convenient addition, and the free breakfast had plenty of choices. We also loved the patio!

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short 3-minute walk to the convention center. Being close to the Convention Center and Downtown NOLA made it convenient for attending events and exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance to popular attractions like the river walk outlet shops, Bourbon Street, and The French Quarter. The staff was amazing, especially Roxie, who made sure my family had a wheelchair so we could all go out together. The rest of the staff was equally friendly, polite, and helpful. I was impressed with their excellent service.

Great location just a short walk from the convention center. The room had tall ceilings and comfortable beds. I loved having two smart TVs in the suite, perfect for watching different shows simultaneously. Despite a few minor issues, the friendly counter staff made our stay enjoyable.
