I had THE BEST night of rest in 10 years at this hotel. The room with the sofa bed allowed me to sleep sitting up, relieving my chronic back and hip pain. The spacious and comfortable room had a huge and luxurious shower. The desk was perfect for writing. The hotel's location is fairly close to the UVA campus, the hospital, and historic downtown. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

On our 7-week road trip, it was a rare find to come across a hotel that earned a perfect 10, and Fairfield Inn did just that! The cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathroom, left us impressed and I made sure to let housekeeping know. The room had plenty of storage areas, hooks, shelves, mirrors, and lights. We loved the convenience of the elevator that took us right to our car. The breakfast provided was hands down the best we had during our trip, and the safety measures in place were reassuring. The staff was incredibly nice, and the location and price were both reasonable.
