Thanksgiving dinner at Ciclo was exceptional, with outstanding service and friendly staff. The bar, Live Oak, served excellent beverages and had a friendly atmosphere. The location was great, with many bars and restaurants nearby. The staff, including the valet, bellman, and concierge. The hotel is dog-friendly.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The service is top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. Additionally, the hotel has excellent facilities, including a beautiful outdoor terrace and a house car service.

The hotel had a great cocktail service on their lawn with comfy chairs and a great atmosphere. The mixed nuts from the bar were delicious and even the squirrels liked them! The Lake View Balcony Room above the 4th fl had amazing views of the sunset and bats.

The hotel did not honor a group rate that other guests received and the manager was unhelpful and condescending. The overall ambiance in the hotel was not luxurious or personalized and lacked attention to detail.
