my stay in scottsdale was amazing, and the four seasons exceeded my expectations for our anniversary. the dinner at talavera was a highlight, particularly their incredible 16oz ribeye that was, without a doubt, the best steak i’ve ever had. the breakfast at proof was also delightful with fresh fruits and custom omelets.

the service at the pool area could be better.

The staff was incredibly thoughtful and attentive.

My experience was marred by consistently poor service. The food was significantly overpriced and did not meet our expectations, leaving us feeling let down. Also, we encountered long waits for assistance, especially at checkout, which was incredibly frustrating given the hotel's reputation.

Loved the self-service laundry option! Also, the hot tub in our bathroom was a lovely surprise. really made the stay special. Staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was good, even though it could use more variety.

It was all perfect.

The resort exceeded my expectations with pristine rooms, friendly staff, and stunning views of Pinnacle Peak. Amenities like multiple pools and access to great hiking were fantastic! 😍

My stay at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale was unforgettable! The cozy Premier Casita Room embraced us with cleanliness and a breathtaking view of the surrounding desert. The service was seamless, with staff going above and beyond—like when they surprised us with complimentary treats since we were celebrating our anniversary! The food options are delightful. we loved both Proof and Talavera, especially the brunch at Proof, which featured a variety of vegan choices. 🌟

One minor downside was the restaurant prices, which felt a tad steep for the overall experience. 🤔

You won’t believe the homemade muffins at Proof! They were a culinary highlight! Plus, the staff was incredibly thoughtful—Marcel at the concierge surprised us with cheesecake for our anniversary, which just made our stay extra special. The atmosphere is simply enchanting!

Now, on to the cheeky side, while I did experience some hiccups with cleanliness and service not quite hitting the Four Seasons standard, it felt like they still managed to shine through in a big way, despite the day's chaos.
