During my stay here, I was blown away by the beautiful homes along the bay. It was an incredible location and there was a boardwalk that lead to a past area. The service provided by the staff here is fantastic and room service was always prompt. Additionally, they offered bicycle hire to get around and wedding services as well. The spa and wellness center located here is amazing and I particularly enjoyed the sauna and the outdoor swimming pool with a lot of sun loungers. Finally, the beauty treatment I received from the staff was excellent and I left the treatment room feeling refreshed.

Recommended for the family, this hotel has great amenities like an indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a kids club.

This place is amazing! The location is beautifully landscaped with flowers, bushes, and trees. There are even benches, hammocks, and various games to enjoy. The adult designated area is lovely, and the sunset views from the winding walkway are absolutely breathtaking. The staff here is always friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The spa services are top-notch, and the swimming pool is awesome. I also loved the swings around the property, they were so relaxing. The shuttle service to Fairhope was a nice bonus. this hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

We had a fantastic time at The Grand Hotel. Our stay was peaceful and enjoyable, with plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. The pool was spacious and well-maintained, and the food options were significantly improved. Our room in the Spa Building had a beautiful sea view and was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Quinton at the front desk deserves special recognition for his outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be returning in the future!

As a couple, we loved the peaceful seclusion of the resort. The beautiful grounds and well-furnished rooms added to the romantic ambiance. We also enjoyed the jazz brunch and the variety of activities available for the six teenagers with us.

We felt incredibly welcome throughout our stay and have no complaints at all.

The room was equipped with modern conveniences and my stay was made even better by the excellent service from the friendly staff at this historic resort. Despite some drawbacks, I would still recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing time at The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa. Our room in the Spa Building had a beautiful sea view and we loved every minute of our stay. The off-season tranquility allowed us to enjoy activities like ping-pong, beach volley ball, and horseback riding. The spacious and clean rooms provided the utmost comfort. The spa services, adult pool area, and room service were all outstanding. The coffee shop's muffins and sunset views from the walkway were memorable. The seclusion of the property added to its appeal, making it a hidden gem. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better.

We also loved the fact that there were multiple restaurant options within the hotel, providing us with a variety of dining choices. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and peaceful, which added to the enjoyment of our stay.

We were disappointed with the lack of parking available at the hotel. It was difficult to find a spot, and we ended up having to use the valet service, which was an additional expense that we did not anticipate.

As a tourist, I loved the excellent dinner service and the beyond-expectations service from our waiter. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've experienced, and the room was fresh, clean, and had comfy beds. The crab claws in the piano bar were a highlight, and being able to get around the grounds on the golf carts was great. The beautiful flowers and oak trees added to the magnificent surroundings. The shuttle service to Fairhope was also a convenient feature.
