We absolutely loved the zen garden and pool at this hotel! They were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The pool-side drinks and food available on Fridays and Saturdays were a nice touch. The views from the hotel were also beautiful. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily access local bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who arranged a couple's massage for my wife and me. the hotel provided great amenities and a convenient location for our backpacking trip.

We had an anniversary stay at Grand Hyatt and were impressed with the red carpet treatment. We were upgraded to a luxurious room and given a warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, even popping a bottle of champagne and taking our picture. The attention to detail and excellent service made our stay truly memorable.

The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a well-equipped kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and massage services, which added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of our stay.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The housekeeping service could have been more proactive, but when requested they provided efficient service.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the friendly staff and the breathtaking lobby area. the check, in process was efficient, and we were able to check into our room early. the room itself was spacious and luxurious, with a stunning view. the bathroom was also spacious and well, appointed. We particularly enjoyed the lobby lounge area, where we could relax and enjoy delicious cocktails and appetizers.

One downside of our stay was the construction noise that started early in the morning. This disrupted our sleep and made the overall experience less enjoyable.

Just a short walk away from Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, there is an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby. A standout feature was the complimentary shuttle that provided safe and convenient transportation within a 2-mile radius of the hotel. The pool was also a highlight, with clean facilities and generous hours.

The breakfast buffet was lackluster and could use improvement.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby, grounds, and pool. the pool area provided plenty of lounge chairs and complimentary towels and water, which was a nice touch. the hotel also prioritized safety by requiring a room key to access the elevator and parking. One of the best aspects was the quietness of the room - I didn't hear any noise from other guests or the hallway. Additionally, the housekeeping staff respected our privacy and didn't bother us during our stay.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. the noise from room doors opening and closing echoed through the halls and into our room, which was quite disruptive.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location in Buckhead was perfect, just steps away from the Lenox square mall. The rooms were spacious with a nice view and comfortable king beds. The Grand Club access was a nice perk and the breakfast included was a great value for money.
