We had an anniversary stay at Grand Hyatt and were impressed with the red carpet treatment. We were upgraded to a luxurious room and given a warm welcome. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, even popping a bottle of champagne and taking our picture. The attention to detail and excellent service made our stay truly memorable.

We had a wonderful time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated in a great neighborhood just steps away from a major shopping mall. The area around the hotel feels safe and upscale, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff provided exceptional service from the valet to the front desk. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a well-equipped kitchenette, free Wi-Fi, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and massage services, which added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of our stay.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The housekeeping service could have been more proactive, but when requested they provided efficient service. Additionally, the breakfast options could have been more varied and appealing. However, these small downsides did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the friendly staff and the breathtaking lobby area. The check-in process was efficient, and we were able to check into our room early. The room itself was spacious and luxurious, with a stunning view. The bathroom was also spacious and well-appointed. We particularly enjoyed the lobby lounge area, where we could relax and enjoy delicious cocktails and appetizers.

One downside of our stay was the construction noise that started early in the morning. This disrupted our sleep and made the overall experience less enjoyable. Additionally, the self-parking situation was inconvenient, as it was located across the street and up a hill. This made it difficult to transport our luggage, especially with a family in tow. The cost of parking was also quite high.

Just a short walk away from Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, there is an abundance of shopping and dining options nearby. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a luxurious bathroom and comfortable beds. A standout feature was the complimentary shuttle that provided safe and convenient transportation within a 2-mile radius of the hotel. The pool was also a highlight, with clean facilities and generous hours.

We had an amazing weekend stay! The room was perfectly clean and comfy, and the staff were all friendly and professional. They even provided us with complementary breakfast and a parking spot for our car. The location was also great, just a short walk to the train station and some cool restaurants. Our favorite part was the rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the city.

We did have a negative experience with a homeless person approaching us in the lobby. We felt unsafe and were disappointed that there weren't any security personnel around. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay overall and would recommend this hotel to others.
