Awesome location and comfy stay

This hotel is in a prime spot, super close to Pike Place Market and the convention center. The staff was really friendly and helpful, which made everything smooth. My room was spacious with a killer view of the Sound. The breakfast was a bit hit or miss, and the tub didn’t have a working plug.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in downtown Seattle. The location was great, with easy access to attractions and the riverfront. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and they even gave my son a toy upon arrival, which made his day. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and clean, and the beds were super comfy. We also loved the fabulous bathtub in our room. Plus, they were so accommodating to our two dogs, providing treats, toys, and large dog beds for them. the hotel had great facilities and amenities that made our stay enjoyable.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no complaints at all.

The room layout is clever, with two separate areas and a luxurious bathroom in between. The location is perfect for exploring downtown and the surrounding area. Lots of shopping, dining, and transportation options nearby. Great views and a lively atmosphere.

My recent stay at Grand Hyatt was wonderful. I was in Seattle for a convention and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the train station to the airport and close to the Convention Center, good restaurants, movie theaters, and the Paramount Theatre. The room was exceptional, with top-notch room service and a menu that met all my needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel like a welcome guest throughout my stay. it was a great experience.

The room is large and well-kept, with spacious bathrooms and top-notch service. Hotel facilities such as Starbucks and Deli add convenience to this already perfect location.

The hotel can be noisy at night, with sound carrying easily through thin walls and floors, which can disrupt sleep.

The location of this hotel was incredible. We were able to easily walk to the paramount theatre, as well as many shops and restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate bath and shower and a wide range of extra toiletries provided. Additionally, the convenience of having a Starbucks in the same building and a small convenience store nearby was a bonus.

During my recent stay at the Grand Hyatt, I was thrilled with the location and the comfort of the gigantic rooms. The hotel is conveniently situated near Westlake in Seattle, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was straightforward, and I was impressed by the spaciousness of my room. The speedy WiFi was also a big plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as waiting more than 5 minutes to get hot water at the sink and some disheveled paint in the room, these issues did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction.

We also appreciated the convenient computer kiosk in the lobby for printing our boarding pass. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The lack of a real table in the suite and the cramped placement of the king bed were slight drawbacks. The provided robes were also worn and could use an upgrade.

Nothing for me.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location - close to shopping, dining, and public transit options. The room had beautiful amenities like remote-controlled blinds and a lighted makeup mirror. The staff was accommodating and quick with room service. a great experience for us.
