This place suits me perfectly! It has free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me find parking on my first stay. I highly recommend it! Coming back for Christmas!

The bed in our room needed a new mattress. it was adequate but not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. Additionally, I found the pet policy unclear, and I faced unexpected stress regarding fees for my kitten. Our check-in was delayed, which added to the frustration of moving rooms halfway through our stay.

Upon arrival, I found the check-in process to be quite slow, which was frustrating after a long drive. Additionally, I was disappointed with the high pet fee, which was the most I've encountered during my travels, alongside the room rate that felt overpriced. The breakfast area could use more attention. I noticed the food ran low and wasn't replenished promptly, which impacted my morning routine.
