We had a wonderful experience during our stay at this hotel on a Friday Fathers Day weekend night. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. the location near Jordan Creek Mall, eating locations, and the interstate was convenient. The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cons: Not a single complaint.

At my first stay, staff gave travel tips. This place has all I need , Internet, parking, pool, Jacuzzi, gym. Also, express check, in/out, kids' buffet, wheelchair access, pet. Coming back for New Year.

Hampton Inn in a safe location near I-80. Comfortable beds, great pool/hot tub for kids to unwind. Helpful staff, to-go lunch provided. Clean room, comfortable bed, desk area for work. Varied breakfast until 10:30, tasty food with salsa cups.

Slow drains in tub and sink. Hair clogs, needed cleaning before showering.

The location was great, in a safe area close to restaurants and in a quiet business park. The staff provided good service and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had delicious and ample options, plus there were cookies and coffee available all day.

Sadly, the air conditioning was off when I arrived in the room, making the carpet damp and dirty.

This hotel is a true gem. From the attention to detail to its prime location, it exceeded our expectations. Our two queen bed room was wheelchair accessible and had all basic amenities needed. The staff provided incredible service, including suggesting a great local restaurant and offering a voucher for a free dessert. The breakfast options were plentiful, including delicious smoothies. We were impressed with the modern decor and the spotless condition of the entire property.

We had an unexpected overnight stay due to road closure and chose Hampton Inn. Although we encountered some noisy guests in the hallway, our room was excellent with a very comfortable bed and all amenities. Overall I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
