The hotel's location was very convenient, close to good restaurants and the Erie Canal. It was also easily accessible from the interstate. Additionally, the well-trained and helpful staff were willing to assist with any travel questions we had.

The room we stayed in was located on the "terrace" level, which felt like a basement. We couldn't open the curtains for natural light due to people walking and parking at eye level with our room.
