This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed that allowed me to get a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to various shops, restaurants, and a grocery store, yet not in the overly congested areas. I felt safe throughout my stay, as access to the rooms required a room card. Additionally, I appreciated the extended check-out time of 12pm, which allowed me to relax and not rush during my departure.

It was all superb.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, even allowing me to check in early without asking. The whole time, I felt like they genuinely cared about my comfort. The hotel itself is stunning and well-maintained. The room was spotless, the bed was cozy, and the shower worked perfectly. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it a convenient location. A bonus surprise was the complimentary food and snack basket in my room, which was a delightful addition. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a great variety of options for vegetarians like me, including fresh fruits every morning.

This hotel was incredible! The rooms were spacious and well-designed, not like the cramped hotels we've stayed in before. They provided two bottles of water every day, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The lounges and dining area were also very comfortable and the meals were reasonably priced. Plus, the staff were so friendly and helpful, making our holiday even better.

Sadly, the pool was closed for refurbishment during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the hotel is not very conveniently located if you don't have a car as public transport is quite poor.

The customer parking lot was not well monitored, leading to a car break-in incident. It was also disappointing that there were no cameras in the parking lot for added security.

As party people, we loved the convenient location right across the street from the 99 Ranch Market Shopping center, offering easy access to amazing Chinese restaurants in the 626 area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay, ensuring a great experience. The recently refreshed rooms were spotless, with brand new furniture and a fresh coat of paint. The beds were comfortable enough for our two-night stay. Garage parking directly underneath the hotel provided exceptional convenience and safety. The front desk was accommodating and professional, assisting us in securing connecting rooms for our elderly parents. Snacks and coffee were readily available, and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay.

The breakfast at Hilton Los Angeles/San Gabriel was incredible. We had a wide variety of delicious Asian and Western options to choose from, including made-to-order omelettes, fresh fruits, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The staff were friendly and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with many Asian restaurants and shops nearby. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
