I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Indigo Baltimore Downtown. The hotel's location in a nice neighborhood was a major plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, exactly what I was looking for. The absence of wall-to-wall carpeting made the room feel much cleaner and healthier. The staff at the front desk, especially Kim and Brianna, were outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Scott, the bartender, was a true mixologist and served some of the best drinks I've had. The hotel also had a great atmosphere and even had live music one evening.

The room was much nicer than expected with great amenities. The lobby and bar were gorgeous and inviting. Parking was easy and affordable. The hotel is located in an attractive and quiet part of town, yet still convenient for exploring Baltimore.

I had a conference in the Inner Harbor and wanted to explore Mount Vernon. Indigo's great location made it convenient to do just that. Close to historical landmarks, cute restaurants, and the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early. The hotel had a comfortable lobby and clean decor. With key card access to the elevator and room floor, we felt safe and well taken care of. The room was extremely clean, and the beds were the best I've ever slept on. an amazing experience!

We had a great weekend at this place located in the historic centre of the city. It was very quiet as many places were closed, making it a great area to relax. The staff was outstanding, always cheerfully providing an outstanding service and anticipating our every need. Room amenities were excellent, from the comfortable sitting area and in-room safe to the dining table and free toiletries. We loved the restaurant and bar/lounge area, which offered a delicious dining experience with special diet menus available.

My recent stay at Hotel Indigo was wonderful. The modern decor and vibe of the hotel were exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, as it was closer to the inner harbor than it appeared on the map. I was able to easily walk to the harbor down Charles St. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the bar staff were accommodating, even bringing milk for tea to my room. The cookies baked at the hotel were delicious, and the coffee was great. The fire in the evening added a cozy touch to the chilly nights. I also appreciated the treats and water bowl provided for my dog by the door.

The only negative aspect of my stay was that the blind in my room didn't work and the curtain was coming off the hooks. Additionally, when I first checked into my room, I found a collection of toy trains and baby toys on the window sill, which had been left by the previous occupants.

This hotel has it all! Great value for your money in a quiet, lovely, historic area. The staff is friendly and pays attention to details, such as offering hardwood floors and comfortable beds with nice and great views of the surrounding fall foliage. Breakfast is included with your rate and comes with beverages.
