I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The lobby and bar were beautiful, creating a classy atmosphere. The staff, especially Joe the bartender, were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave us complimentary breakfast to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely bathroom with high-quality Molton Brown toiletries. The bed was comfy, with nice linen. The location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to reach all the main attractions in this city. everything about this hotel was perfect.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was awesome with lots of shops and restaurants close by. It was also super central to all the main attractions which made getting around really easy. The service was top notch with staff going above and beyond to help me out. I particularly appreciated the guy who gave me his own metro card to use - what a legend! The room itself was really comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the on-site facilities like the swimming pool and fitness centre were a great bonus. I also loved the welcome drink and happy hour - such a nice touch!

We had a luxurious stay here with exclusive amenities such as a private balcony and marble bathroom. the service was impeccable, the staff welcoming and accommodating. the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. We enjoyed spending time in the buzzing lounge area and eating at the restaurant with its delicious special diet menus. Cons: the swimming pool was smaller than expected and could get crowded. this minor issue did not detract from our overall incredible experience at this hotel.
