My room's AC was a bit noisy and didn't function properly, leading to some discomfort during the night. It was a minor inconvenience that slightly impacted my overall experience.

Located just minutes away from the airport, this hotel boasts spacious and comfortable rooms with great amenities such as a beautiful outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing dip and the shuttle service which takes you to various airport terminals. I stayed at the 3-star Hyatt Place San Jose Airport for a quick transit during my travel and found it to be conveniently located, with Mineta San Jose International only 5 km away. The property's environmentally friendly approach is commendable, and the contactless check-in and check-out services provided a smooth and efficient experience.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the cleanliness of the pull-out bed, as it was covered with pubic hair when we pulled it out. Although the staff eventually rectified the situation, it was a disappointing start to the stay.
