Clean and comfy room with a king size bed, balcony, small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice hot tub and big pools. Complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were great. Plus, the fitness center and spa locker rooms were a bonus. Perfect spot, even though the weather wasn't great.

The lobby and rooms were clean and updated. Housekeeping went the extra mile by arranging my daughter’s stuffed animals on the bed, which made her smile.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was still manageable.

The staff was genuinely friendly, and I loved the spacious room right across from the beach. The quesadillas in the restaurant were awesome, and the beer selection was great too! hearing every step from the guests above was distracting, and the light water pressure in the shower made rinsing out shampoo a challenge. The pool area looked nice at first, but there were maintenance issues—wet floors and questionable chandeliers were a concern. It would have been nice to have fresh sheets, but we still made some fun memories.

From the moment I walked in, I was in love with the beautiful lobby and amazing scent! The outdoor pool was a delight, with warm water and plenty of loungers to soak up the sun. Plus, having a balcony in my room was the cherry on top of a lovely stay!

The room was modern, clean, and oceanfront, which I appreciated. It had a small refrigerator and microwave, adding convenience. I enjoyed the balcony, even if it was shared. the mattress was too hard for my comfort. Noise from the upstairs renters disrupted our sleep during the night. I liked the family-oriented atmosphere with a kid-friendly pool and arcade. The common area had lounge chairs overlooking the beach, perfect for relaxing. Sadly, there wasn’t enough parking, and amenities like functional table lamps and a coffee station could use improvement.

The bar was perfect. Cozy ambiance for a pre-dinner drink. Food was excellent. Service was impeccable. Breakfast offered great value; every bite was cooked to perfection. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. It boasted a sitting area and was updated nicely. the shower's hot-cold reversal was dangerous. I had higher expectations, given the price. For $737 for two nights, basic amenities should function. Air conditioning was overly loud, making conversation difficult. Water needed to run before it cleared up. Despite the disturbances, we made the best of our stay. Small adjustments could elevate this place significantly.

The beach is just a quick stroll away, which is perfect for sunbathing. The lobby looks newly renovated and has a nice vibe, plus the restaurant offers tasty meals.

Be prepared for a tight squeeze when it comes to parking.

We spent a few nights here for a low-budget getaway to explore the attractions in Cape May. The best part of our stay was the excellent location, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions.

The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach.

The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for family relaxation, with the kids enjoying every moment.

My wife says that vending machines need improvement.

Just steps away from the beautiful beach, I enjoyed daily strolls along the paved promenade, taking in the fresh sea breeze while exploring the vibrant atmosphere of Cape May; with attractions like Congress Hall and the Washington Street mall just over a kilometer away, I found myself effortlessly wandering through charming shops and eateries, especially savoring a fantastic meal at Hemingway's, which is less than a 5-minute walk from my room. The hotel features lovely, clean rooms and friendly staff but could improve on the maintenance of the indoor pool area.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location with stunning beach access just a short walk away and a lovely outdoor area with lounge chairs perfect for relaxing while my child played.

The Grand Hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor pools, perfect for families. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient; however, some rooms could use updates, and parking enforcement needs attention during busy events.
