I recently stayed at JW Marriott in Miami for a leisure trip. The staff, particularly Salvatore and Wesley, provided exceptional service and made our stay memorable. The front desk attendants and housekeeper were also friendly and helpful. The hotel promptly addressed a maintenance issue in our room and relocated us to another beautiful room. The food and drinks were delicious, especially the Negroni and Calamari. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near five-star restaurants and a CVS made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had spacious and bright corner rooms, a great gym area, and a lovely pool. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, including our amazing server Wellesley and the staff at Drake's, made our stay memorable. The front desk attendants were friendly and well-groomed, and the housekeeper on the 16th floor was nice too. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars in downtown and the ocean nearby.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. I loved being able to walk to so many amazing restaurants and have such a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. The convenience of having a 24-hour CVS right nearby was also a big plus.

The only downside was that the rooms looked a bit dated compared to the rest of the hotel. However, I understand that they are working on updating them, so I look forward to seeing the changes on my next visit.

Couldn't stay longer.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the American Airlines Arena and other attractions. Additionally, the selection of restaurants nearby was a plus.

The hotel itself was disappointing. the check-in process was disorganized and they didn't notify us when our room was ready.

The hotel's location in the Brickell area is a major advantage, as it is close to attractions like the Perez Art museum and offers easy access to areas of interest. Additionally, its proximity to the Miami cruise port is convenient for those looking to embark on a cruise. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-appointed, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is welcoming and friendly, ensuring excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, catering to different tastes. Some rooms also offer a great view of the city skyline.

The room was outdated and not worth the price. the bathroom lacked amenities and the sink was not functioning properly.
