The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had a situation where my reservation couldn't be found, but they quickly assisted me and resolved the issue. The service provided was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel was spotless and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and a mall within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to the American Airlines Arena and other attractions. Additionally, the selection of restaurants nearby was a plus.

The hotel itself was disappointing. The check-in process was disorganized and they didn't notify us when our room was ready. We constantly had to ask for towels and to have our room serviced. The restaurant staff seemed uninterested in assisting us, and the overall service was the worst I've experienced in any hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Additionally, its proximity to the Miami cruise port is convenient for those looking to embark on a cruise. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are well-appointed, providing a pleasant stay. The staff is welcoming and friendly, ensuring excellent service. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, catering to different tastes. Some rooms also offer a great view of the city skyline.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was ideal, situated in the Brickell neighborhood and very close to the ocean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff were the highlight of our experience, particularly Salvatore and Wesley in the restaurant/bar, who provided exceptional service with a friendly demeanor. The concierge was also kind and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's central location in a business district made it convenient for us to explore this city. we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning!

My stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel exceeded all expectations. The exclusive amenities provided at this venue were top-notch. The Spa & wellness centre and Sauna were very relaxing, while the Swimming pool and Outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing outlook. The room advantages were unique and not found in other hotels. The private facilities were outstanding and the restaurant served excellent food.

The Bar/Lounge area was closed during my visit which was a minor inconvenience. However, the service from the employees was exceptional and they were accommodating to all my needs. The location was ideal with easy access to various attractions. my stay at this hotel was a memorable and luxurious experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants an exclusive and unique stay.
