Value for money was excellent, with fantastic suites and superb cleanliness. The location couldn't be beaten, with shops and Union Square within walking distance. Staff were friendly and the wine in the lobby was a nice touch.

I recently stayed at the Kensington Park Hotel for a short trip and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The building had a lot of character and the cozy lobby made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with Union Square just a half a block away and the Westfield Mall within a 10 minute walk. There were plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and Chinatown was just a few blocks away. I must mention Vincent at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us during check-out. He saved the day when our Lyft canceled on us multiple times by quickly arranging a cab to get us to the airport on time. I can't thank him enough!

This hotel has an amazing location! You can catch the cable car on the corner and it's a short distance to Union Square, perfect for shopping and exploring. The staff is helpful and attentive. Rooms are comfortable and come with basic amenities like a nice, comfortable bed with views of San Francisco architecture. They also have breakfast included, which is a great bonus to start your day!

Had a great stay for shopping in Union Square. Superb location, friendly staff, and unique lobby with a surprise tea and sherry corner. The hotel even has a piano for guest use. The rooms were clean and comfortable with nice beds and pillows. Appreciated the personalized service and knowledgeable front desk staff. This was my second visit and I will definitely recommend Kensington Park to friends.
