We appreciated the convenience of being able to text the front desk for any inquiries or assistance. The staff also kept us informed about events in the area that might affect our travel plans.

The view from the hotel bar and restaurant was amazing, offering great sights over the city and its landmarks. The complimentary breakfast had a lot of hot options, including a great omelet station. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, being walking distance from many of the main attractions in the area.

The lack of amenities really made us uncomfortable during our city break. We had to pay for everything, including parking, breakfast, and even for basic fridges. The self-park area was far away and required walking uphill, making it particularly uncomfortable in the heat. The bed was quite hard and the blanket provided was too thin, causing many chilly nights. Housekeeping was not provided, forcing us to take out our own trash and calling staff multiple times for supplies. Finally, the train station next to the hotel was very noisy at night and an alarm went off without reason, causing chaos.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the view from my room of the skyline was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to take care of all my needs and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were beautiful, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with accent lights. I particularly loved the motion-sensing light that turned on when the room was dark. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious buffet-style breakfast that was definitely worth the price. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as the need to park across the street due to limited parking and the noise from passing trains, my experience at the hotel was overall fantastic. I highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Regency for a memorable and enjoyable trip.

The hotel is conveniently located near Union Station transit stop which provides quick access to other parts of the city. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained with soft towels. The room offered a spectacular view of the city from higher floors.

The noise level near the hotel can be disruptive, especially with trains passing by continuously throughout the night.

We loved the convenience of the downtown location and the magnificent lobby area. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and even helped my 10-year-old grandson when he wanted to get a drink and snack from the lobby snack area. The central location made it easy for us to explore the area, and the New Year's Eve fireworks were fantastic. The promotional deal we opted for was a great value, including valet parking, a higher floor, champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries in our room, breakfast for two, and late check-out.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency in Dallas for a weekend getaway. The staff at the front desk were excellent and extremely helpful. Our room had a fantastic city view - definitely worth the extra money. The bed was comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the train station. a great stay!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and they had a variety of pillows to choose from. The room was also very clean, and we enjoyed the great views of the city from our window. The location was perfect, being near Union Station and the DART light rail system, making it easy to explore downtown Dallas.

The pricing structure for breakfast was a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have a more affordable option like a continental breakfast buffet, rather than having to pay a high price for the full breakfast buffet. This made it difficult to enjoy a nice breakfast without breaking the bank.

The texting service was terrific. We got everything we requested, including clean towels and extra blankets, quickly through text. Though the parking was a bit confusing, the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Finally, the rooms with their dim LED lighting were modern and stylish, offering awesome views of downtown. It was a pleasant surprise to have such a better view for free.
