i had such high hopes for this Hyatt Place until i discovered my room had half-empty toilet paper, and a cookie with a bite already taken out. how classy! i expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but got nothing. it’s clear they reserve their best treatment for the regulars, not for someone like me. absoluteley disappointing.

my recent stay at hyatt place was a pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations since my last visit to chicago. the breakfast options were enjoyable, especially the breakfast tacos and french toast, which made mornings delightful. the spacious room layout was perfect for a comfortable staycation, making me feel right at home.

Fantastic location between two blue line train stations, making travel from O'Hare effortless. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly delightful, featuring tasty options like breakfast tacos and parfaits, and the staff was genuinely friendly.

Valet parking was a steep $50, which added to the trip's overall expense! Also, be cautious about late check-out agreements, as there was a communication slip that caused a rushed exit.

The accessible bathroom design caused significant water spillage, making the bathroom uncomfortable!!! Additionally, valet parking is expensive at $50, and there were issues with car readiness at checkout!!! More attention to room service coordination could greatly improve the experience!!!

During my stay, I appreciated the 24-hour gym. It's great to have access to exercise equipment at any time. The neighborhood offered many parks and charming boutiques to explore. I enjoyed grabbing a coffee from the rooftop patio to start my day. One downside was the unexpected cleaning staff entering my room early in the morning. Overall, the building and location stood out for me. The staff were friendly and made sure I had a comfortable experience.

For a quieter breakfast experience, go early to avoid crowds. the rooftop bar has breathtaking views, especially at sunset.

I loved how clean and spacious our room was. the staff were super nice and always helpful, and i was impressed with those lil touches like free cookies. also, the location was pretty decent with easy access to food and shops.

I really liked my room! It was super clean and quiet, which made it comfy. Tons of outlets for my gadgets and a great desk area for working. The mini fridge was handy, too. The breakfast area had beautiful views, perfect for sipping coffee. Just wish breakfast lasted longer than 9am, especially when on vacation.
