Fella picked us up from the airport real quick-like, and that breakfast buffet? Pure gold! The room was squeaky clean and cozy for me and my folks. Mighty nice staff, too. Just wish the shuttle ran a tad more often, but all in all, we had a fine time. Would come back again.

Upon arrival, the warm greeting from the staff felt like meeting family. Our upgrade to a spacious suite was a lovely surprise, and the in-house dining was surprisingly excellent with dishes like fettuccine Alfredo that we truly enjoyed.

However, the shuttle service was less convenient than expected. it didn’t run at all hours, making our commute challenging. Additionally, we found ourselves frustrated by limited bathroom supplies and inconsistent room cleaning during our stay.

Unfortunately, the communication with staff was quite poor. We had to call the front desk multiple times just to get towels delivered to our room, which really disrupted our evenings. Additionally, the toilet design was troubling, causing discomfort due to its high water level. Even after reporting the issue, we were moved to another room that had the same problem, which was quite frustrating.

The shuttle was a bit of a hassle, didn't run as frequently as we'd hoped. But the staff were super friendly, especially that fella driving the shuttle—he made us feel right at home. Chur!

Check the room amenities before arrival. some listed options like refrigerators were missing. Also, inquire about room cleaning frequency if it's a concern.

the check-in was a hassle. the room was clean and the staff was friendly! i really liked the convenient location, just minutes from the airport. also, the dining options were pretty good, and the hallway had a nice scent.
