The room was large and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was clean and inviting. The bathroom stood out for being very clean, easing my worries. Location-wise, it was convenient right off I24. we faced issues with ants; despite reporting them, no action was taken. The system for pet fees was inconsistent, as I was charged an additional $40. Although check-in was easy, the room's condition, with some wear like exposed pipes in the shower and unclean areas, didn’t meet my expectations.

The hotel is perfectly situated just off the Interstate, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with the Tennessee Aquarium a quick 5.5 km drive away and the stunning Lookout Mountain only a short 3.2 km trip, plus, I enjoyed a good-sized room and comfortable bed for a restful stay, and the breakfast, while nice, could use some improvement.

The room was spacious and updated, making it a perfect getaway! I loved lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool—so refreshing. The staff was professional and friendly, really making me feel at home.

With attention to hygiene and customer service, this place has the potential to shine. As it stands, I’d consider other options before returning. It's a shame; the foundation for a great stay is there, but the execution needs improvement.
