The exceptional service from the night staff in helping me print an important document was a highlight of my stay. The room was clean and quiet despite being near the airport, ensuring a restful night.

Conveniently located near the airport, the hotel offers a quick shuttle service and a comfortable stay. Breakfast included a hearty traditional Irish option, though a bit more variety would enhance the experience. While the room was clean and well-maintained, the lack of sufficient towels for three guests was a minor oversight. On a positive note, the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful rest despite some noise from the bar areas below. My impression is generally favorable, and I'd consider returning in the future.

Cleanliness was a significant issue. the carpet was dirty, and personal items left by previous guests were found in the room. The security was questionable as staff entered the room without any notification. Although the check-in process was friendly, the thin walls allowed for noise from neighboring rooms, detracting from the comfort during the stay.

The room was cozy and clean, and I loved having extra pillows and towels available. The shower had perfect water pressure, making it a refreshingly pleasant stay. It’s close to the airport, which is a bonus!

But honestly, that breakfast buffet was priced like it came with a side of gold! And the drawer fiasco? Let’s just say my coffee pot won the battle against Mom’s shins!

So, I stayed for 2 nights and the beds were super comfy. Loved the bar/lounge area for evening snacks, really hit the spot. A little frustrating that I had to wait for the shuttle after checking out, but the self check-in made things easy. Not exactly at the airport as I thought, just keep that in mind!
