Spacious room, excellent location, which provided us easy access to paddle boards, canoes, and a lovely game room, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day after exploring the area.

The nearby park was a hidden gem!

Felt welcomed into the family, no reason to complain.

The cabins were charming, cozy, and well-kept. We had a full kitchen which made meals easy, and the outdoor fire pit area by the river was perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The caretakers were super friendly and attentive.

some local biz were shut or had dodgy hours, a bit of a downer. 🕔

the location was charming, right next to the lake. the grounds were clean, perfect for families. we made great use of the kayaks available and enjoyed the lovely fire pit. the caretakers were incredibly friendly and helpful!

The Deluxe Apartment felt spacious enough for the family, with handy kitchen facilities for our meals, making it comfortable to settle in. We had excellent biking and pickleball opportunities around the area when the weather decided to cooperate.

However, the bathroom in the Studio Apartment was on the smaller side, which was a bit of a squeeze for us. Also, many local businesses had limited hours or were closed until Memorial Day weekend, which affected our plans a bit. The overall limit on local activity options put a damper on our stay.
