We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure all our personal needs were met. Not only was the hotel kept immaculate, but every staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect as it is right next to where everything is happening, perfectly in the center of all the excitement. We also appreciated the convenience of being close to Jackson Square and the Mississippi River. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the refreshing smell of the entrance fountain. The night staff security was also a bonus, providing peace of mind being on a lively street.

We had a room with a balcony and the rooms were nicely soundproofed so that the street noise wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. Extremely friendly staff, quiet rooms, gorgeous courtyard to spend time in. Ideal location in the heart of NOLA, with a fabulous restaurant and jazz club within the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the coffee machines with the K Cups were great. The staff was friendly and the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Very good location in the middle of Bourbon Street. Location is great! You can walk to everything.

The hotel we stayed at was very central to the area and within walking distance of everything. We were impressed with the prime location and the convenience of it all. The staff was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was well-appointed with great linens and towels, and the bathroom was gorgeous with lighted mirrors. We loved the pool area – perfect for relaxing after a busy day! All in all, there is a really good chance that we'll stay with them again on future visits.
