The facilities at Majestic Colonial were amazing! The pool was huge with a fun foam party, the rooms were spacious with jacuzzis and balconies, and the beach had plenty of lounge chairs and cocktail service. The restaurants offered a variety of cuisines, with the Italian restaurant being a favorite. As vegetarians and vegans, we found plenty of options to suit our dietary needs.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beach was beautiful and clean, with no seaweed in sight. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the pools and the Club and casino. We also loved the convenience of the location, as it was near the beach and close to the airport. The staff was friendly and attentive, with special mentions to the bartenders at the beach and pool, the animation team, and the girls at the buffet, who always greeted us with a smile.

The upgraded Colonial Club Adults Only package was well worth it, with restocked mini fridges and 24-hour room service. Our assigned butler, David, was always available and attentive. The hotel facilities and restaurants exceeded our expectations. The best experience was when Lizandro at the restaurant by the beach went above and beyond to make my dad's wife's birthday special, with a personalized dinner and a beautiful cake.

The staff at the pool and our housekeeper were amazing! They were friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. the room was nice and well-maintained. the grounds were beautifully laid out and the pools were clean and well-maintained. We loved spending time in the water all day, especially with the convenient shelf in the pool for little ones. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the beach. the Italian restaurant had excellent food and the wait staff provided superb service.

There were some aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the front staff were not friendly at all and we did not receive the room we had requested.

We loved being just steps away from the beautiful beach, where we could relax and soak up the sun all day. The entertainment staff, especially Junior and El Gato, kept us entertained with their fun activities. The bartender Ramon always served us refreshing drinks with a smile. The Foam Party was a blast, adding an extra level of enjoyment to our stay.

We felt like part of the family from the moment we checked in. We have no complaints whatsoever about our experience at this hotel.

During my transit in Punta Cana, I stayed at the Majestic Colonial Punta Cana , which is conveniently located 30 km away from the city. The exclusive vehicle provided for guests ensured a seamless transfer, making the arrival and departure experience hassle-free.

The hotel provides 11 bars and restaurants, but some guests encountered minor issues with the service, such as food being brought cold and orders being mixed up. This detracted from the otherwise enjoyable stay.
