The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. Convenient location with many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Quick and efficient check-in. Delicious food and clean rooms. Great bathroom.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our check, in and check, out process quick and smooth. the rooms were beautifully designed with modern furnishings and amenities like a large flatscreen TV and in, room Keurig coffee maker. the spacious bathrooms were a plus, with L'occitane toiletries and plenty of towel hooks. the hotel also had a convenient location right off the freeway, making it easy to access.

One downside was that the spa was closed during our stay due to reconstruction, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hotel's parking lot could get quite busy at night due to the casino attached to it, making it difficult to find parking.

We were low-budget travelers and enjoyed the comfortable facilities, friendly staff, and tasty food at the hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is close to downtown and situated in the main casino area. You can watch the big screen TV without having to sit at a bar or gamble, and everything is always clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary valet parking for guests is a great bonus.

There was an incident with my gas being emptied, which made me feel unsure about security.
