We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The room size was great, and we loved the big screen TV and lighted mirror in the bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the sound machine in the room and the blackout curtains, added to our comfort. The staff, especially Melanie Ferrer Morales, made us feel welcome and provided all the necessary information about parking and breakfast.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency for the Fest for Beatles Fans and had an amazing experience. The music was outstanding, the bar drinks and food were top-notch, and the staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet provided ample food for the entire day. The hotel's location was very convenient for the airport, making our travel with family and kids much easier. The rooms were clean and safe, and the hotel staff was friendly and provided great service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic location for events at the convention center or doing business in Rosemont. The rooms were well-appointed and we were upgraded to the executive club top floor with privileges. The front desk staff was welcoming and understanding of our tiredness after a long journey. The food at the hotel restaurants was good, and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The bed was a bit firm and the pillows were not very comfortable. But all in all, we felt snug and had no reason to complain.

The noise from the airplanes flying overhead was quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. the sound seemed to reverberate inside the hotel, amplifying the noise even more.

We were impressed with the excellent customer service at the hotel. When our flight was cancelled, the staff went out of their way to find us a room at another hotel. They even personally delivered our food when there was a mix-up with room service. we had a great experience at the hotel and would recommend it.

We loved the excellent location, very close to the airport with a free shuttle service. The proximity to the blue line train station, which takes you downtown, was also a huge plus. Additionally, having other dining options within walking distance and a forest/park right at the end of the street for running or walking was a bonus. The comfy bed and the small bistro downstairs in the hotel for grabbing a quick bite were also great.

Stayed at this hotel for a business conference and it was fantastic! it's right near the airport which was perfect for our group. Secondly, the service was top-notch - the staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was updated and clean, with comfortable double beds and a beautiful view. Lastly, the breakfast was included in our stay which was a great value.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport with a big parking area and offers a secure walking road to the nearby CTA Train station, which is great for travelers who want to easily explore the city. We enjoyed the spacious room and the comfortable beds, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was decent but not exceptional, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The noise level from the nearby construction site was quite high and disrupted our sleep.
