Can't wait to come back, and stay for a week! The Park Vista provided breathtaking views, friendly staff, and tasty dining options. The trolley access was convenient. Minor hiccups at check-in and slow service didn't deter from my serene stay. The mountainside location was worth the winding drive.

I go back for city trip. Staff gave local food delivery first time. Perfect for me - Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, Jacuzzi, Fitness centre, Restaurant.

loved the sunrise view from the room! 🌄 rooms with 2 king beds were comfy. Not impressed with the 'terrible service though. Staff needs improvement.

We went to the area's newest water park, Dolly's Splash Country, where we rode all the wild slides. Then, we hiked on the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail right outside the hotel. The hotel concierge helped us plan activities like horseback riding and rafting. It was a total blast!

The only thing we would've liked is more nightlife for young people around the hotel.

The Park Vista - A DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel-Gatlinburg was a wonderful stay. The room with a beautiful mountain view was absolutely stunning, making my mornings truly magical. The hotel's convenient location allowed me to easily walk to the Ripley's Aquarium and enjoy the bustling downtown Gatlinburg. The provided breakfast was top-notch and the sink outside the bathroom was a convenient feature I truly appreciated.

During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with the hotel's elevator. Only one was working, causing some delays during peak times.

Despite being close to the attractions in town, the hotel's position on the hill made it feel secluded and peaceful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly George who was helpful in providing recommendations and information about the area. The hotel also had fantastic leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a spa & wellness center, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the mountains and the city. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and was delicious. The indoor pool and water slides were a fun way to spend the afternoon. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is high on a hill overlooking the strip with a BEAUTIFUL view of downtown Gatlinburg. The fresh air is amazing! The breakfast with made to order eggs or omelets was definitely worth the included rate.
