The Park Vista offers a beautiful setting with comfortable beds and stunning views. The indoor pool and waterslide are great for families, and the on-site restaurant provides convenient dining. the lack of luggage carts and some maintenance issues could be improved for a better experience.

Carpet in the room was dirty and smelled. The children's playground nearby was a nice touch for families.

We planned a fun family trip with the kids, but the pool closed unexpectedly for maintenance. We had no backup activities and ended up just wandering around, feeling really disappointed and let down by the lack of communication.

The room setup with a king bed and bunk beds was perfect for families, but the lack of a secure door was a worry with toddlers around. The pool area felt overcrowded, and access was tough for those with mobility issues. A surprise parking fee felt unfair given the already high rates, and updating the rooms would enhance the experience. Charming vibes in the lobby with a piano player added a nice touch, but some improvements are definitely needed.

I absolutely loved the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi! The garden area was a peaceful escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun. Plus, the views of the Smokies took my breath away!

The hotel is perched on a beautiful hill that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, making it feel like a peaceful retreat while still being conveniently close to all the action; we loved being just a short stroll away from incredible places like Ripley's Aquarium and Mynatt Park, which is less than a 10-minute walk! The spacious parking and family-friendly amenities, including a pool that kids will absolutely adore, added to our fantastic experience, but the limited dining options could be improved.

The king bed and 2 bunk beds were perfect for our family. The kids loved the indoor pool and waterslide. Our room had a nice balcony with a great view. The couch pulled out for our daughter, giving everyone space. The restaurant had delicious lunch options, and the fitness center was a nice touch.

The pool area kept the kids entertained until midnight, which was a bonus. cleanliness is a concern. Upon arrival, we faced issues with dust and hair in the bathroom. Service could improve, especially during room changes. The lack of housekeeping added to the disappointment. Though the location is excellent, the decor could use an update, and the lack of luggage assistance may present challenges for some guests. While there’s potential here, consistent maintenance and better service are needed for a truly remarkable experience.

The temperature control worked well, keeping the room cozy. the room felt dated, with scuffed furniture and cobwebs in the corners. It had a musty odor that detracted from the comfort. Noise levels were decent, but we could hear some hallway activity. The lack of daily cleaning was noted, and we ran out of towels during our stay. Charging for coffee felt excessive, especially at $2.00 a cup. the experience was mixed, with both highlights and areas needing improvement.

The hotel's location was unbeatable with awesome views of the mountains and close to hiking trails perfect for bear sightings. The staff was super friendly, making our stay feel like a big playground for my grandchild. The only downside was the extra charges for using the washer and dryer, which seemed a bit ridiculous considering the price we paid for the stay. Can't wait to be back! 🌄
