The bed was not what we expected, with two single beds pushed together and not secured, causing discomfort during the night. When we asked for help, we were told there was only one staff member available.

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles in Troyes for a quick stopover on my way back to Calais. The staff were incredibly helpful and encouraging, especially since I speak very little French. The hotel was impressively clean and the breakfast selection was generous. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and its bars, restaurants, and historic buildings. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with colorful decor and a separate toilet and bathroom. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The staff at this budget chain hotel were friendly and efficient. The rooms were spacious and had lots of natural light. The separate toilet and bathroom setup was convenient. The hotel offered a good choice breakfast buffet included in the room price. The location was great, with the city center and its pedestrian zone just a few minutes' walk away. Another advantage was the availability of a large underground parking in a neighboring hotel.

The room decor was not to our liking, with a moving and creaking floor made of large boards in a stripe color. The hotel did not have a cafe for food in the evening, unlike other Accor style hotels.
