My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant. the staff was excellent and cordial, especially Mr Daleep Sharma, who went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met even before our check-in time. the room service was prompt and efficient, and the restaurant offered a nice variety of delicious food. the inclusive hiring of a hearing-impaired person in the team was also a heartwarming touch, showcasing inclusivity.

Despite the positive aspects, there was room for improvement. the check-in process was a bit slow, and some amenities in the room took longer than expected to be provided.
