I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the convenience of being just a short walk from grapvine mills, which made for some fun shopping, and discovering beautiful rockledge park, a perfect place for a leisurely stroll. the complimentary breakfast was satisfying too, providing a nice start to my days of exploration.

i was looking forward to a comfortable stay. instead, i dealt with a rude worker who ignored my AC issue, while another staff member reluctantly moved me after 20 minutes. they should offer complimentary snacks to guests, especially after such subpar service. considering my experience, i think a room upgrade would have been a nice touch.
