The hotel had great cleanliness and the rooms were spacious with all the amenities I needed. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and willing to help. The location was amazing, with a beautiful beach and plenty of breakfast options.

The staff at Royal Cancun are exceptional, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. The beachfront suites offer stunning views with direct access to the beach. The resort is well-maintained and offers spacious two-bedroom suites. The restaurant on the beach serves delicious food, and grocery store prices are decent. It is a great family resort with activities for kids and nice pools. The calm sea and shallow sand make it perfect for young children to swim. we had a fantastic experience.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the spacious and well-equipped 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchen. The staff at The Royal were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Hector in the restaurant and Eric at the pool bar. The location was also great, with access to other facilities within the Royal Sands network.
