Stellar staff made the trip unforgettable, going above and beyond, especially for my daughter. The spacious room was well-decorated, and the location was spot on for exploring. some cleanliness oversights were disappointing—our shower leaked, and we faced an odd wait during renovations. Parking logistics felt cramped, and hauling our luggage to the far end of the property was a challenge. The balcony was nice for mornings, but the noise from other guests late at night was unsettling. Despite the hiccups, the warmth of the staff definitely left a lasting impression.

I've visited this hotel annually for five years. The village side is fantastic; stepping outside immerses you in vibrant energy. Valet service? Excellent. Front desk comped us two days. The staff truly treats you like a VIP. Rooms are spacious, pristine, and designed thoughtfully with sufficient outlets. The rooftop pool views are mesmerizing. a complimentary breakfast would be appreciated. A coffee shop exists, yet the options are subpar. Service seemed slower this year, with some staff shortages noted. Lastly, the restaurant across the street dropped the ball due to a rude manager. Despite these hiccups, I’ll return—just skipping the restaurant next time.

The rooms were spacious and super clean, which made for a comfy stay! Walking out the door led me right to incredible shopping and tasty restaurants! Plus, the staff was so friendly and helpful, it really made me feel at home.

We ended up paying for valet, thinking they'd help with our bags, but all they did was park the car. With my back issues, it was incredibly frustrating. Plus, the walk to the room was way too long. Total letdown!

Perfectly positioned for discovering all the fun in Pigeon Forge

We were thrilled to find ourselves just steps from The Island in Pigeon Forge which is packed with entertainment and dining options like Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine and Margaritaville Restaurant plus we loved that the shopping center is right below us allowing for easy access to shops and eateries and the rooftop pool provided a stunning view at night making our stay feel classy and comfortable but the hotel could really benefit from offering a complimentary breakfast since we found just a few muffins in the bar when we checked.

Room had some stains, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the live music during happy hour!

My friends and I had a blast exploring the Comedy Barn and rocking out at the Smoky Mountain Opry show! Chilling on the balcony with amazing views was lit! The huge room and comfy beds were perfect for our crew – made our trip epic!

During our Christmas stay, the staff went all out to fulfill our request for a special birthday celebration for our daughter. The spacious rooms and excellent amenities, along with easy elevator access, made our stay comfortable. We appreciated the close self-parking option and the upgraded amenities, like the granite countertops and deep cabinets. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the island's shops made exploring convenient and enjoyable.

The late-night pool parties were a blast, and my kids loved the splash area. The staff organized fun games that kept everyone entertained and engaged.
