Indulged in epic food finds at Margaritaville's self-service dining spots. Poolside snack bar was a hit! The market and nearby dining gems added zest to the tastebuds.

Walking long distances to elevators can be a wobble for the wiser folks. Bathroom setups might need some glow-up for makeup mavens.

The hotel staff were so nice, especially with my little one - they really spoiled her! The location is super central, rooms are big, and they cleaned it up every day. We got that river view which was cool and spent New Years here, really loved it! 🎉 There were tons of stink bugs on the balcony at our riverside room, but besides that, everything else was fab!

We checked out the cool 7D theater and enjoyed the musical shows like Country Tonight nearby. Chilling on our private balcony with river views was so chill. The mountains and land around gave us the perfect backdrop for our getaway. The group sales team really hooked us up for our trip.

Would've loved more late-night activities for us young party-goers.

The decoration and general areas of the hotel were absolutely charming, adorned with rustic touches and cozy furnishings that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions and well-maintained facilities that were comfortable to navigate.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children of the staff could provide more assistance with luggage and navigating the bustling areas.

During my stay at Margaritaville Island Hotel Pigeon Forge, I appreciated the convenience of having free private parking on site. Guests who park here can take a complimentary tram from the lot to the front of The Island, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. the outdoor pool with a sun deck and pool bar provided a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of travel.

While our room at Margaritaville Island Hotel offered a lovely river view, the presence of a nearby dumpster led to some early morning disturbance, as it was regularly used before 7 am. This minor inconvenience slightly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a business forum because it provides flexible and fully equipped facilities for corporate needs. The meeting rooms and equipment were excellent for running presentations and discussions smoothly.

The only thing I missed for my work was having a dedicated business center with private workspaces for last-minute preparations and meetings.

The Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge offered a fantastic experience. The spacious suite with a balcony overlooking the shops and the Little Pigeon River provided a picturesque view. The seasonal stone fireplace in the room and the outdoor patio added a cozy touch, allowing me to relax in my robe and enjoy the scenery.

The only minor inconvenience was the distance to the room. Being located at the far end of the hotel, it was quite a walk, which was unexpected.

The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the nearby Island shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fireplace in the room was a nice touch and the proximity to shopping was convenient.

The group sales team made it seamless to organize our family getaway, ensuring we had everything we needed for a fun-filled vacation amidst the beautiful mountains and surrounding land.

For dads it would be great to have more kid-friendly menu options at the hotel's restaurants.

The value for my money at Margaritaville Island was excellent - spacious room with great city views and a balcony to relax on. The location was perfect, right in the midst of shops, restaurants, and attractions. The rooftop pool and bar were a fantastic addition to my weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and attentive, even the housekeeping staff made me feel welcome.

For breakfast choices, it would have been better if there were more options available.

We had a fantastic time at Margaritaville Island, staying for a weekend getaway. The room was clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the river. The bathroom exceeded our expectations with its tub, shower, and cleanliness. The valet/front service staff were extremely nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool and bar, and there was plenty to do within walking distance. we preferred this hotel over the Margarita Inn and Gatlinburg locations.
