A great spot in the city center! The spacious room had high ceilings, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Loved the well-equipped gym and free sauna access. Breakfast was exceptional, too. Friendly staff made our stay even better. Just a short walk to the old town added charm to the experience!

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a lovely mini fridge for drinks and a well-maintained fitness center that fits perfectly into the overall experience.

The only downside was the occasional noise from guests in adjacent rooms, which made it slightly less tranquil.

We enjoyed the hotel's prime location, which allowed us to easily stroll to the historic center and the beautiful riverfront. The spacious room featured high ceilings and a powerful shower that truly enhanced our stay.

Request a room with a large shower or tub. some layouts are impractical for towel drying and plumbing can be noisy.

Parking facilities could use better clarity about costs!!! Inaccurate Wi-Fi access procedure hampers convenience!!! Gym lacks basic yoga mats and the layout of the rooms feels cluttered and impractical!!! A thorough update to the decor is overdue!!!

The personalized walking map from Melissa was invaluable for exploring Ourense, and the room's elegant decor paired with a large TV made our stay exceptionally cozy. Best of all was the refreshing shower with plenty of hot water.

Centrally located, the hotel offers spacious rooms with high ceilings and exceptionally comfortable beds. The well-equipped gym and sauna were an added bonus, and the breakfast featured a delightful variety, including grilled seafood. However, arriving during a local car rally made access challenging, and a lack of proactive communication regarding this was disappointing. Additionally, the clear glass partition between the bathroom and sleeping area may not be suitable for all guests seeking privacy.

The hotel's location allows for easy exploration, with vibrant cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. The Superior Double Room was impressively spacious, equipped with a large TV, coffee and tea facilities, and a comfortable bathroom. Breakfast featured an extensive selection, including fresh fruits that added a refreshing touch. However, there was some confusion regarding the parking details, which could benefit from clearer information.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the local restaurants and the beautiful Termas. My family and colleagues loved our superior room's comfort. Plus, they surprised me with a birthday cake in my room, which was a lovely touch!
