I experienced a minor inconvenience during my stay at the Hampton Inn Tropicana Las Vegas. The pool closed at ten, and despite arriving just before closing time, I was informed that access to the spa area was not allowed.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring the nearby world-famous Forum Shops and the Fashion Show Mall. Both places offered an incredible variety of shops and entertainment, just a stone's throw away from the hotel, making our stay extra convenient.

This hotel is perfectly situated for those that want to be close to everything but away from the craziness. You can find smaller restaurants nearby when you're ready to recover from a day of activities. The location is close to the boulevard, making it easy to explore. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the necessary facilities and advantages such as a swimming pool, big rooms, and a good breakfast.

The customer service isn't great, and staff at the reception can be difficult to deal with.

The excellent service from the staff members was exceptional, and they welcomed me with a refreshing drink while the smiling personnel helped me with my luggage. I was amazed by their quality customer service upon arrival, and the housekeeping service was fabulous. The amenities in my room were helpful, including the tea and coffee facilities, as well as the ironing tools.
